1. Ordering & Production
How long does it take to make my order?
All products are made-to-order. Production (called “fulfillment”) usually takes 2–5 business days, though during seasonal peaks it can stretch to 5–7 business days. Production time is separate from shipping.
Can I change or cancel after I check out?
Because we start printing almost immediately, there’s only a short window (typically ≈ 12 hours) to tweak sizes, colors, or cancel. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best, but we can’t guarantee changes once production begins.
Why did my items arrive in separate packages?
We use several regional print hubs. If you ordered, say, a hoodie and a mug, each is printed where it can ship fastest, so they may travel independently and arrive on different days.
2. Shipping & Tracking
How long is shipping?
Shipping can take 5-7 days after your order is made.
Will I get tracking?
Yes—once your parcel leaves the print facility, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. It can take 24 hours for the first scan to appear.
3. Returns, Exchanges & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is custom-printed just for you, we don’t offer returns or size-based exchanges.
What if my item is damaged or the print is off?
We’ll fix it! Contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll send a free replacement or refund.
6. Miscellaneous
Is this an official Peace Corps store?
Yes. The Peace Corps Store is powered by the National Peace Corps Association (NPCA) in partnership with Pathway to Peace Corps. All products are licensed and brand-compliant.
Can I personalize items with my name or country of service?
Not yet, but we’re exploring customizable options—stay tuned!
